Our Pastor
Heartbeat Church is faithfully led by our Lead Pastor, Trent Callus, a shepherd with a deep love for Jesus and a genuine heart for people. Charged with prayerfully leading the congregation in the preaching of God’s Word and in the ministries he oversees, Pastor Trent seeks the Lord’s wisdom in every decision, relying on the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen him. His heart is to see lives transformed, disciples made, and Christ glorified in all we do as a church. He is lovingly supported, encouraged, and held accountable by the eldership and Associate Pastor, who release him into his God-given calling, recognising that he ultimately serves under the authority and direction of God.
Our Elders
Heartbeat Church is lovingly and prayerfully governed by a team of elders, following the biblical model of church leadership. Called to guide and look after the church of God with humility, wisdom, and integrity, they provide spiritual care, direction, and protection for the church. Their role is to lead by example, uphold sound doctrine, and ensure that all we do honours Jesus Christ as the head of His body. Our elders are approachable and available for prayer, guidance, and support, taking seriously the privilege and responsibility of watching over the souls God has entrusted to them.

To be a beacon of light in a world with darkness as the days draw to an end.
As the world grows darker, God calls His people to shine brighter. At Heartbeat Church, our vision is to be a steadfast light, a city on a hill, offering hope, clarity, and truth through Jesus, the Light of the World. We exist to point people to Him, the only source of lasting salvation, peace, and restoration, and to carry His light into every area of life. Our desire is not to draw attention to ourselves but to reflect God’s glory so that all who encounter us are drawn to walk in His light.

Jesus’ final command tells us to make disciples of all nations. At Heartbeat Church, we take this mission seriously, proclaiming and demonstrating the light of Christ in a world in need of hope and direction. We are committed to a Gospel that is true and transformative, equipping believers through teaching, discipleship, worship, prayer, and community to live boldly for Jesus. This mission extends beyond our church walls, empowering every believer to carry the Gospel into their homes, workplaces, and communities, all for the glory of God.

Light in the Darkness | Matthew 5:14-16
We value being a source of hope, love, and truth in a world clouded by darkness. We strive to reflect the character of Christ as a lamp post of salvation to the world.
Great Commission Discipleship | Matthew 26:19-20
We value the call to make disciples of all nations. We are committed to intentional discipleship, equipping believers to grow in their faith, teaching them to observe all that Christ commanded, and empowering them to share the Gospel with boldness.

We value passionate and genuine worship that exalts God, acknowledging His worthiness and responding to His grace with adoration. We prioritize prayer as a vital means of communication with our Heavenly Father, seeking His guidance, provision, and transformation in all aspects of our lives.
